The property is private but not secluded, which makes it the perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends. Centrally located in the Dordogne near Bergerac, there is something to do for everyone in this area! Hiking, fishing, canoeing or mountain biking to name but a few. Some of the best wineneries are close by.
Towns like Bergerac (with it’s train station and airport), Saint-Émilion or the bastide-village Eymet are certainly worth a visit. Plenty of little markets and brocantes to peruse and explore. The gîte offers two large double bedrooms, bathroom, living room with large convertable couch and a fully kitted kitchen with all modern ameneties.
